This recipe turns out a lot like the lava cakes you would see in a restaurant. They freeze well but may sink in before they get frozen.
The pistachio added to this recipe adds a delicious, creamy richness. Since they are single-portion sizes, it is easier to stick to the proper amount.

200 Calorie Mini Pizza
- 1/2 English muffin
- 1/4″ tomato slice
- 1/2 cup nonfat Mozza
- oregano, basil and parsley to taste
Layer the tomato, cheese and spices on top of the 1/2 English muffin and cook in a toaster oven until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
This snack is fast, under 200 calories and tastes great!
Easy Fruit Smoothie
- 1 cup of Frozen fruit or fresh fruit
- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, plain
- 3/4 cup nonfat milk
Add the three ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
This smoothie comes in under 200 calories and definitely hits the spot.
For dairy-free, substitute the Greek yogurt for a coconut milk variety and the milk for almond or coconut milk.
